How do you tell if a quote is unsolicited? Are there any pink sheet companies that trade otherwise? Why would a company remain on the pinks if they had to comply with Rule 15c-11? Seems like the process would put them on the OTCBB. According to what you're saying some pinks are more reputable than others. Is that true?
