Lol. J/K. I feel the same way sometimes. It's all good. We value your opinion here. Keep posting away. And I agree with you 100%. The SPE was set up to protect Laidlaw. Standard biz protocol. Plenty of benefits that go along with setting up the SPE.

The more you research what SPE's are about, the clearer this becomes. We don't have to necessarily know the details of the SPE right not. It will obviously come to light when all is said & done. That, coupled on top of that fact that our CEO owned the CPD zombies over on the byte me blog & posted assurance here that this deal is obviously a good thing for LLEG.

Not sure what the insecurities are about but everyone is entiled to their opinion/whining. It is my opinion that lleg will have a storybook ending.
