I guess no one reads my posts on this thread. I already laid out the reason for the NewCo transaction as you have so diligently found the explanation.
This transaction is used to protect LLEG and the Berlin project from any other projects that LLEG may become involved with.
There was NO SALE of LLEG's holdings in the Berlin project. We still own 37.5% .
What is so difficult for investors to understand?
Check with a tax lawyer. It would seem to me that investors who have enough money to buy 50-100 million shares would be smart enough to understand this concept =or shouldn't be investing.
