Essential Reading NewCo Single Purpose Entity

IMO, We are all focused on the wrong info in the newest amended SEC filing.

The most pertinent change behind the amended filing lies in the restructuring, specifically NewCo.

"NewCo is a SINGLE PURPOSE ENTITY, formed solely for the purpose of the Berlin Project."

One has to read up on what an SPE is & its many functions. Then you will understand why this was necessary & the smartest business decision made on Laidlaws behalf. I personally enjoyed reading the 1st paragraph of the 3rd link provided below.
