the only thing that matters is the float. a company increases their restricted/outstanding shares here and there to accommodate their company as they see fit. the FLOAT is the FREE TRADING shares of a company and unless that increases, there is no dilution. have they increased? no they haven't. your lack of knowledge makes me laugh in amusement.
