That's odd, because the company filed report says the weighted average of shares didn't change between 3/31/10 and 6/30/10 at 207 million shares, but you say the transfer agent said there were 211.6 million shares on 6/17/10.

That leaves 4.6 million shares unaccounted for.
Do you think it was an error in the company's filing, or the TA?
