First gray said generally speaking, I may just be speculating, but I bet that all generalities go out the window with this P&A agreement and sale. And I bet this will be one of those where the administrative issues will affect the price. This is a much different tone than the absolute bull we were hearing back in march where everything was all said and done and commons were out of the money.

Second, when does JPM care about giving us shareholders false hope, specifically referring to WAMU. They have stated in court and under oath that there is no money for commons (i.e. shareholders, so why wouldn't they just say this is for minor things and still does not affect what we paid and we will not be paying anymore.

All in my humble opinion and just wanted to offer my two cents worth of speculation....back to lurking!
