SEBASS, imo, I think that the positive price movement, volume, and institutional buying is the result of the investment community realizing the opportunity that is being presented to them by GTeL. Mr. Huff presents a vision for investors that is achieveable and he is successfully moving the company toward that goal... NASA invovlement was a definite attention grabber.
