Pirates - Wau77 and other Board Members... as with any R/S... this has a vague resemblence to a couple other stocks I've seen ... in particular - SEVA & HCKID whereby the perpetrator of those 2 stocks were one and the same company official whom have conducted a variety of R/S but the catch was that in at least the HCKID case, once the R/S went into effect (mindyou it was an unannounced R/S by the Co.) , the Company claimed that the Transfer Agent had delayed distribution of the "new" lower # of shares meanwhile, "somehow" the stock continued to Trade (downward unfortunately) while the shareholders were essentially held hostage in limbo until a period of time had elapsed (at leasst a week if I recall correctly) and the stock lost approx 50% during that time preventing the bagholders from getting out. Sounds suspicious ??? You bet... hope nothing like that happens here to CTYX !
