Very few brokers will lend you penny stocks (short selling). Certainly not the discount brokers who use third party clearing services. To do so you will probably have to find a broker-dealer who self-clears their transactions like Interactive Brokers (IB)

I don't know of ANY broker lending BDGR shares these days. IB doesn't and generally if they don't, none do. I think it is safe to say that there is NO retail shorting going on in BDGR. Anybody who disagrees is welcome to provide the name of a broker offering BDGR shares for loan.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
