I went by scottrade's office and talked to the rep. They do not loan stocks that are under 5$ a share but do on shares above 5$ on marginal acc. I asked about other brokers, answer they do not know what other brokers do.
I talked to Brian (bdgr), he said that there was 10B a/s and a little over 2B o/s.
