about the future plans of ECNI as I am a paid legal consultant of the company. However, know that the company is still here, new offices, aggressive business plans...
Do not listen to these degenerate bashers.. they are both ignorant and motivated by their employment as bashers, working for the likes of Elgindy. Otherwise, ask yourself, why would anyone bother spending the time to bash a sub-penny stock? Could it be that the competition does not want ECNI to suceed? Could it be that the company is radically "naked shorted?" Ask these little bashing felchers why they are here and ask yourself, is their answer believable? It never has been...

read my posts... I am as objective as a person can b with PCBM, almost always acknowledging the potential of failure with PCBM yet remaining optimistic throughout, as any shareholder would! AS far as ECNI, I never once posted promotional posts about ECNI when I was receiving shares. Your statement that I "pumped non-stop for days while I received shares" is not only untrue, but it is exactly one of the primary reasons I am going to sue you. You are GD liar, accusing me of criminal paid stock manipulation which is not based in fact. You continue to ignore the S-8 filings showing when I was first paid for shares, which was over 18 months after I last posted as a shareholder. My employment contract was for late summer, 2003, dipshjt. I never received shares before my employment. When I was a mere investor with the company, I was as optimistic as one could be. I posted a lot of posts, based upon sincere optimism, over a 18 months prior to becoming an attorney for the company.
So.. ECNI was in trouble with Tom Hughes in control.. yes? What should the company do? Give up? NO.. if the product has promise, which it does (I have seen it work and spoken to techno-people who say it works well), then why not place in a new management team and give it a try? That is exactly what happened. Because I had just met Chris Jensin a couple weeks before his promotion to CEO, and he did not know another SoCal attorney, he offered me a position as one of the company's lawyers. Is that so fukking hard for you to comprehend, you arrogant azzface? I received shares for work as the company did not want to spend the most scarce resource they had at the time, cold hard cash.
This management team is trying to turn the company around at ECNI. It is an uphill task, but not impossible. Why the fukk should I not get paid for my work? And are you so stupid that you have to continually harp on the point that I admitted I am not Tom Hughes attorney, as if that means anything. It does mean that that is an implied admission I am a paid pumper, idiot? NO... It means I am attorney for the seperate entity, ECNI, only on certain matters.
You waqnt to know what you are getting sued for, more than anything else Dan.. it is your arrogance and lies about me regarding being a "paid tout"... when I was slapping Turino for the 2 B shares, I was a basher.. after Vince implied that those shares were back under his control, I backed off and stood by my trust in him and I then became a paid pumper.. pull your head out of your azz and make up your mind... or does it have nothing to do with that.. just your arrogant desire to lie about me and make false reports about me to the SEC, State Bar and FBI.. which you already have done.

Well, he is disbarred.. meaning that the Supreme Court of California threw him out of the practice... he was a loser and they recognised it right away.

AS far as ECNI, I never once posted promotional posts about ECNI when I was receiving shares. Your statement that I "pumped non-stop for days while I received shares" is not only untrue, but it is exactly one of the primary reasons I am going to sue you. You are GD liar, accusing me of criminal paid stock manipulation which is not based in fact. You continue to ignore the S-8 filings showing when I was first paid for shares, which was over 18 months after I last posted as a shareholder. My employment contract was for late summer, 2003, dipshjt. I never received shares before my employment. When I was a mere investor with the company, I was as optimistic as one could be. I posted a lot of posts, based upon sincere optimism, over a 18 months prior to becoming an attorney for the company.
So.. ECNI was in trouble with Tom Hughes in control.. yes? What should the company do? Give up? NO.. if the product has promise, which it does (I have seen it work and spoken to techno-people who say it works well), then why not place in a new management team and give it a try? That is exactly what happened. Because I had just met Chris Jensin a couple weeks before his promotion to CEO, and he did not know another SoCal attorney, he offered me a position as one of the company's lawyers. Is that so fukking hard for you to comprehend, you arrogant azzface? I received shares for work as the company did not want to spend the most scarce resource they had at the time, cold hard cash.
This management team is trying to turn the company around at ECNI. It is an uphill task, but not impossible. Why the fukk should I not get paid for my work? And are you so stupid that you have to continually harp on the point that I admitted I am not Tom Hughes attorney, as if that means anything. It does mean that that is an implied admission I am a paid pumper, idiot? NO... It means I am attorney for the seperate entity, ECNI, only on certain matters.
You waqnt to know what you are getting sued for, more than anything else Dan.. it is your arrogance and lies about me regarding being a "paid tout"... when I was slapping Turino for the 2 B shares, I was a basher.. after Vince implied that those shares were back under his control, I backed off and stood by my trust in him and I then became a paid pumper.. pull your head out of your azz and make up your mind... or does it have nothing to do with that.. just your arrogant desire to lie about me and make false reports about me to the SEC, State Bar and FBI.. which you already have done.
