Actually truth I look at IBCS as a company that struggled through the start up stage and learned the ropes on the go. The recent developments over the past 90 days shows that the company has begun to emerge from the learning/start up stage to a company that is implementing its business plan. You need to look at this for what it is. A small start up broadcasting company with a good idea and learning on the go. That is why we are a penny stock! If they continue to progress as they have over the past 90-120 days, PPS will follow.
