I'm going to post the 10-20 rules of OTC stocks soon, but here's a preview:

1. Any stock dividend with no revenues.
2. Any PR reference to short sales.
3. Beware of any poster with an alias similar to the stock.
4. LOI mean nothing
5. Getting off 'Caveat' status on pinksheets is not a good thing.
