I spoke with Mr. Coates who is the transfer agent for GLKCE.

Bottom line:

1)The O/S is exactly the same as he quoted yesterday. There has been no change to the number and no forms requesting any change have come in. The 1,158,209 is the o/s post-R/S and he has received no papers or forms to tell him otherwise. All shareholders would be protected in case one or 2 people try to obtain all the certs. (example 2 people requesting a total of the 1.1 million certs). His job would be to issue the number certs in accordance with the value based on an o/s total of 1,158,209!

2) Any new share issuance of the company, whether it be from convertable, restricted stock or new issuance has to be cleared and issued from the transfer agent. He stated heavy paperwork and time is involved especially if it is restricted or converted shares.

Spoke with him at 11:30am today.
