Good day Gambit13...I love this one as a REIT....it is not one that I take for granted, but the stock has doubled in the last year plus while paying great divs. I am not afraid of REITs at all.


Remember, the company has not paid this well all along, it jumped to the $1.40 per quarter div only 6 quarters ago, counting the next qtr...I like it....so I am sticking with it...


I look at this like any other employee, if it performs it works for me...if not, it is on probation and if it goes south, it is fired.
