Im curious to know, Ive been forwarned several times regarding a dividend being as high as this... But the fact that this company came out in 2008 (middle of a terrible time with businesses in general) and then continued to rise relatively steadily and is offering more and MORE in the dividend arena... it sounds too good to be true...
With such a high yield isnt there a supposed huge risk involved somewhere?
Someone else pointed out that this stock is involved in real estate and that that market is quite dangerous right now.


Any insights would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for a STRONG dividend stock and would like to get involved with a great yielder...
