Hey, Milt. How goes it?

You know the CPA business, so I'm inclined to defer.

But Fagan and the auditors knew about SOX, and they're only working with $100 Million-plus revenue, no cost of sales, etc.

If SOX is the real problem, I'm not sure I'd tell the world about it.
