Just as an FYI, I got some feedback today on the state of Strat. Essentially everything I stated in the referenced post still applies. Sam is still working on the oil sludge remediation projects in the Russian Federation. I don't know the status of this venture...I wish I did. I'm pretty sure this is ECO Recovery, LTD. It is my understanding that Joe Frasko is handling the Strat operations while Sam concentrates on the venture in Russia. As we know, Frasko has sunk in some $2,000,000 into Strat and it is probably in his best interest to take control of managing the business while Sam works on the deal-making in Russia. Joe Frasko is also in charge of EOR Petroleum which has a joint venture relationship with Strat.
As I hypothesized in the past, I believe Strat to be pretty much a shell at this point, although not an abandoned or dormant one. Sam and Joe are working on different projects that will one day be rolled into the Strat shell. That is the plan, we just don't know when that plan will come to fruition.
Regards,
Rick
