Forrest, I'm not a Lawyer, but I believe they could RESOLVE this, at any time thru mediation, before a court date is announced.

I also believe that SL is going to be difficult to deal with right up until the Juge throws down the Gauntlet (hopefully it will HIT SL in the Head,LoL!!!)
