I just read the wamuequityrights.gov and read the date of settlement between FDIC selling WMB to JPM extended to August 30,2010.....Ok, it will be 7 days before the examiner's final report .......How does it make sense to finalizing a purchase without determining the true value????? as we all know the purchase price in commercial transaction will change and varies during the time of Escrow set.....The Escrow period has extended but the New Price is unknown.....How could that be....Huh?????
