Olddog re accounting for possible Nokia arbitration award

Any arbitration award rendered to IDCC should be recorded into Revenues immediately upon the ruling by the arbitration panel IMO, even if Nokia decided to appeal the binding arbitration award. Since the chance of overturning a binding arbitration award is virtually nil, I would see no reason for waiting until any possible appeal process is over before recording the royalty revenues.
