How can they put that in an "official" document and still maintain credibility? c'mon BDGR, get it together and take this to the moon!

Also noticed that the "financials" state that lawsuit with OOAG has not yet been settled. I thought that was behind us? Why would they list it as pending resolution?

I am so confused!!! imho
