Better to hold if you don't need a tax loss Believer...but impossible to create intrinsic value here all the while the debt remains unpaid and no leadership at the helm to even inform the public markets who's going to ultimately gain full control of this shell to then even think of looking for the many solutions this problematic EFFC shell is facing glta
