Good Phong Pham. Me too! I'd buy at that price! I bought some more last week and few today at .0112. FYI, CY?L up over 300 percent today at one point and it closed today at .034 from .009 or so from Friday. It took off today and surprised me as I was in before reverse split. (I sold some CY?L). That was one rare example of where a stock is making people money back after an R/S and moving up very quickly after being under a penny. A buyback here with BIEL would be perfect just before the first FDA approval - with many more approvals to follow. IMO. Not to slow your chances of getting that low price, but I think the perfect storm is brewing here and even more with Japan on board. IMO. (I'm not worried, I am still confident with BIEL; still loading when I can).
