I dont believe that is accurate, John 19-35 actually knows Bailey and this is what he says about it...

Dr. Bailey does not have any ties with BDGR and he hasn't talked to Smith this year. He told me he will not have anything to do with BDGR. Can you guess why? Ask me! Ask me! Ask me! OK, why? Because Joe Lanza is still running BDGR 100% and Dr. Bailey did not like his name being used to screw the shareholders.
