bladetrader, As was pointed out earlier...

All they have to do is issue an updated PR restating the effective date of the R/S as Aug20 for owners of record of Aug4.

Then the issue goes away completely.

But they'll probably have to sell a few million more shares to raise the $300 to pay for that PR.
