JN just pulled a fast one on us. As many others have stated numerous times before he is a contributing factor to some confusion with this stock. Here is how I see it... He positioned himself to win either way, he promoted BIEL so if they got approval first he wins. Yesd owns rights to distribute, and now that he got his own approval (japan) first- it means smooth sailing for him! He doesn't need BIEL anymore because he set himself up nicely, while what he promised we are still waiting for as holders of BIEL. This is just my opinion on it.

Am I the only one thinking this?
