Where's the confusion? You need to have hospitals where people get treated as part of the infrastructure. Insurance groups reimburse for the services rendered.

It might explain why Pharma is happy and HCA supported the health care reform. Who didn't --> AHIP. They must pay. The other two agreed to lower costs. They are still going to make a boat load of money. Do treating with stems lower or increase costs? Lowers especially when insurance groups are now forced to offer the coverage not hospitals and not pharmas.
