I agree completely but a global settlement would be preferable to a decision and that is because of the appeals process, we all knew and recognized this and expected JPM and the FDIC did as well. I think everyone is a little more than just taken aback by the antics of the councils and their hijacking of the process to lawfully obtain the proceeds of those that earned them. I think the judge has the evidence before her now that she needed all along but just could not get. Now she has it and now we will see just how the judge will play the game.


Just look at the way she ordered the Examiner, yeah it took way to long, but until Rosen refused to properly address the objections she could do little. It is Rosen that has put her in the position to order an Examiner and Susman that gave her the ammunition. Finally she fired the gun and we have a decision and an Examiner.

They played the game too long and lost, they could see it coming but it was too late they had done the dirty work and now they must keep it a secret to stay out of jail. I fully expect this to go all the way now just so those that have cells waiting can spend one more Christmas with their loved ones. The end is near, a lot closer than it was two years ago any way and there will be no mistakes on the part of the judge from now on if there ever really was one.
