It was only a few shorts months ago(still snowing in some places) that we all speculated that an Examiner should be put in place and now we have it. Jh is just requesting a power that will enable him to find some answers(he already knows IMO or suspects).

As for the Good Judge reading our posts,mmm....I hope not because she has enough to read but you never know what folks could be telling her but I hope she understands our side also, maybe?

This BK is moving forward and we are in the top of the 8th. with runners on the corners and the slugger is coming to bat, score is tied with 1 out! Baseball can take longer in the last innings of the game as players come in and out, players trying to steal(home), pitchers being pulled and managers screaming at the umpire. This has some resemblence to our case in a way, maybe?
