Did you ever think that people who are thinking like you are the reason you are suffering? If you are down 50% along with the rest of this board and, we all had the same state of mind, the divs wouldn't even move this. As soon as it doubles everyone will dump and the price will go lower.

The thing about this is, when the divs come the people claiming to be bailing out when they are even, will be buying on the way up. The price will top out and they will keep buying. The whole time saying "I knew this was the best stock of the year".

When the price starts to drop back for a consolidation they will be claiming it is "weak hands" and "tree shaking". They will buy more and average down but still be in the red.

When the price stabilizes after the drop they will still be 50% down and be telling the board the company is full of crap.

Wouldn't it make sense to not tell everyone that as soon as it goes up 100% you are selling? Anyone who might be willing to buy the shares necessary to raise the price will not bother knowing there will be a dump by all the people on the board.

Is ACDU slow... Yes. amazingly slow.
Have they done anything "bad" that pinks are known for? NO. No dilution no splitting no fake contracts. no pumping promotions.
They have made it clear that they are not interested in the PPS.

THAT IS A GOOD THING.

The ONLY reason a company is worried about the PPS is if they were planning on making money by dilution.

This pink doesn't work like most pinks and the outcome for most of us "bottom dwellers" is confusion. We don't know how to act when there is no threat of dilution and R/S.

Audits don't take very long. Maybe a month providing you have everything you need. That was our main problem. What would you do if the w-2 you need for taxes didn't show up by April 15? Ask for an extension. Then find the company who owes you the w2 right? What if that company was out of business. You would need to track down someone with information on a dead company.

How important would your w2 be to someone who isn't in the business any more?

Things like this take time. When you bought, you did it with the expectation that you will make money on the divs. Well nothing has changed. You may not have got your divs over night but you cant blame the company for your need to wait. Shit happens. Quit watching each tick and making yourself crazy and quit complaining about how bad it is to the people who will potentially be the people you sell to when you do sell.
