AUSTRALIA - China Stem Cells Holdings Ltd, unit of Golden Meditech Co Ltd raised its stake to ##.#% from ##.##%, by acquiring #.##% stake, or #.### mil ordinary shares, in Cordlife Ltd, a Melbourne- based owner and operator of cord blood banks.
