O/S increased by 5x, PPS should drop accordingly by that ratio.
Lets say this stock maxed out at 0.025, then divide by 5 and you get a MAXIMUM price of 0.0050 and that is over valuation. This company does not make money, plus A/S is 20 billion, i have a feeling CEO has every intention to dilute that much
