Havent found anything other then from pinksheets.... Looks like registration was revoked in 2008 for a period not to exceed 12 months would mean Oct 2009 ... so dont know how this would be a problem now


The judge in the proceeding will then determine whether the registration pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 of each class of the securities of the respondent should be revoked or suspended for a period not exceeding twelve months.
