And here is the email response, just in from pinksheets:

We received a message from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement that the revocation order for Karts International Incorporated applies to this symbol as well because it is a successor.


The revocation order is available online at http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2008/34-58468-o.pdf . It looks like they may not have been aware that the company had already changed its name when it issued the original order against Karts.
