That is what all startups and penny stocks do. That is why the risk is far far greater than with a blue chip. But when you draw the line if the upside potential is 100 times (just a random number) that of a large established company and the risk is 10-20 times larger it is technically a much better investment, as long as you are willing to take the risk.
