There's zero reason to suspect that. There's no reason a multi-billion dollar company would introduce less than $1000 of shares into a shell company. It doesn't make any sense. Any of the hundreds of possible shareholders could have easily decided they dont want their money tied up in a lotto right now and sold what they have. There's no reason to dilute $1000 of shares. There's zero benefit to all parties.
