How else do you explain the drop from 1.40 to

.03 cents…… now they have to cover to ensure

Phone your Broker. They probably haven't made the name change, or possibly they haven't yet received the dividended shares that were reverse split.

Semprini, the company did a one for 2,000 reverse split, so whatever amount of shares were held yesterday are divided by 2,000 today.
