This tells me that the nervous analyst (or the fear monger...for whatever reason) has given an estimate of 1.70. According to this guy IDCC wouldn't be making much money and it is all gloom and doom. I am not sure, but, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same analyst who is questioning Samsung's renewal though it doesn't expire anytime soon.
