IMO ... Possible reason why the partnering co. wants to distribute Guard Dog under their private label . It's a co. that already is branded to some extent, and also has name recognition to some extent.

Could be a MONSTER Co. ie ;

OR

A much smaller less known Co.



Either way ... a PR announcing another partnership should be perceived as good news .
