do you think there have not been any mine cave-ins lately ? they happen all the time.. but it was only a couple years ago with the BIG one down south, then you heard about 5 more months later.. then it stopped.. b/c the media got tired of covering them..
just like that.. GOM was a major headline.. then MICH.. actually there was a HUGE pipe ruptre up in alaska that made minor headlines but not much about a month ago.. no my friend... media will move on.. clean up in GOM is just about over.. it might "go on for years" but only on a small public level.. nothing that will ever win contracts etc..
whats funny is the 75mm$$ given to LA an fla.. wheres that money going you ask.. 50% to cleaning locally and 50% into local politicos pockets for new cars and housing :) God Bless Corruption !! its what makes the world go round !
