The Securities and Exchange Commission does not require that all documents be filed electronically with the EDGAR system. In order to keep the public informed, the SEC EDGAR system generated a notification of paper submissions.

Form types that can be filed as a paper submission may be viewed on the main search page by clicking on the link Select Form Group, located under the Form Group box.


Example of Paper Submission Listing:

Below is an example of a filing that is a paper submission. Look at the column Form Type, Size and Pages. Although SUPPL is only one of many form types that are paper submissions, the Size is a clear indication that there is little or no information contained in that record.

This paper SEC filing is available from the CCH Washington Service Bureau for a fee. Be sure to use the Document Control Number and the client code "WIZ".
