Weby - Good post. I left for a while and was wanting to make this distinction earlier after Guvna found the option to purchase Wave in the Healthcare section of the Dell website.
Greg had posted earlier wanting someone to tell him how you could buy a Dell TPM computer with ETS today. Well Guvna showed us how, but the important thing to remember as you stated, that this rollout is targeted for the enterprise/government/healthcare/banking/ sectors only and not targeted for the consumer as is appropriate at this time. I mean, how much of these tools are really useful for me in my home right now when the Trusted Computing world, or grid, has yet to be built? This needs to get to the banks and others first so that they can develop the applications for us consumers to use. That will be a while. In the meantime, it should hopefully be pretty fun as a Wavoid to watch these huge Dell deals roll out for TPM computers knowing that the software and servers are being sold to support their customers.
