The letters in question were accompanied by a postdated check from the respondent ECC (doing business as ECC Networks) and signed by Chiasson;

To date, none of the investors who received such a refund check could be cashed out, although the checks were exchanged on 25 February;

The checks were drawn from the account on behalf of ECC Networks held with the challenging Royal Bank of Canada (No. 00901-101-616-1);

The following information has been obtained with respect to this account:

The sole signatory for this account is Chiasson;
36.2
The account is used primarily to pay current expenses (gas, pharmacy, grocery store, SAQ, Casino, restaurants and others) and numerous cash withdrawals at the counter;

During the months of December 2009 and January 2010, several checks were rejected for lack or insufficiency of funds;

Several transfers were made from another account and a deposit of $ 10,000 was made December 9, 2009;

Huppe then contacted to inform investors that he had had personal problems and to convene a meeting March 15, 2010 order, in particular, to present a buyer from "Arabia";
