'Financials are done ( 2007-audited, 2008 and 2009 as well as 2 Qs for 2010 with notes)'... Then the good doctor should finally be able to issue a PR informing the market on the status of the company

'Final financial reports will go to our agent in the beginning of the next week.' ... One has to wonder why the delay in sending DONE financials.

'All other information went to our agent already', Whatever these are, they should allow informing the shareholders.

'it is 5-7 days of inputting' ... I wonder what that means ???

'up to Pink sheets to update/publish everything.' ... Now i'm at a loss !!! Who send the appropriate info to SEC? ... The company ... The agent ... Pink sheet ???

To be honest, this info confuses me. Thanks to whomever can clarify this for me (and maybe some others !!!)
