And where are the dividends promised for April '10? And why hasn't the Luxor Art deal closed yet, it's been about 8 months? And why was there a reverse split 9months ago, why has the A/ S increased from 500 million to 10 billion since then? What happened to the supposed branch office in Seoul Korea that was in the aug '09 p.r release? It was supposedly bringing in $500,000 per month! Why hasn't Artfest either purchased the Picasso and added it to their assets or relist it for sale, or better yet give it to a credible auction house like Christies to handle. why is Rhupert months behind in development and looks like a 5th grade animation project?the one project that went all the way through was purchasing of Lifestyle Channel - do you guys realize that the CEO for Artfest, Eddie Vasker was the creator of Lifestyle with Mr Castro in 2005 and it was basically worthless when they sold it to themselves as Artfest..
All the new people here seem to look at charts only and not the history of this company and the family that runs it, yes 3 of the 5 management people are related.I've watched this company for a year and half now and invested in it for a year, trading a few times for profit - this thing doesn't follow any predictable charting. It's unpredictable and runs on whims created by fantastic press releases that often skew things in a very interesting way. It's constantly being diluted, it seems for nothing more than to pay bills and salaries and when there's a few days without it everybody assumes it's over. I've heard "bottom" declared at least 200 times and it's being said again.
I've always been interested in and believed in the concept behind Artfest but the management of this company looks at shareholders as ATMs without much regard for producing tangible results in my opinion. I think of lot of the chart plotters her need to look in other directions, be calm about it and wait. Eddie comes up with a new approach fairly often that hits the presses and it runs like crazy - just not in a predictable fashion.
Theres been a lot of one sided posts here this last month, it's time for a little perspective, look at more than the charts and formulas, you might find some answers to your questions. GLTA, new and long alike
