24601 I agree. Our fate is sealed. I sure like where we are going: The Riviera, Mexico, Hawaii, you name it.

To me, and only to me, there is no more questions in this investment for me. That does not mean there may not be for you and anyone else, but for ME, there is none.

I think that will be come evident during, and over, the next 90 days. Just my opinion.
