I did speak extensively with them about the share structure. The T/A is gagged so he could not tell me exactly what it was currently. I strongly suggested the benefit of the company lowering the A/S and stating that no R/S planned. I believe I got through to them that this would create investor confidence. I can't promise anything of course, but I do believe they 'got the message'.
They seem to have a ton of great news/events happening now or soon and I shared with them that the news would have an even greater impact if they could build that investor confidence with the share structure.
