So DF gets a letter LOI from xyz and xyz ends
up not being able to get funding. That is not
DF's fault. He should let the shareholders
know everytime there is anyone expressing
interest in this company. Just remember the
old saying, you have to kiss alot of frogs to
get a prince. JMO
